Michiana Family Medicine was founded in the spring of 2004 by Dr. Michelle Migliore and Dr. Patty Jordan. Dr. Karen Koch joined the office July 1, 2005. Our entire staff is committed to providing our patients with the best care we can. We strive to form a partnership with our patients to keep them as healthy as possible, and it is our hope that our patients will make the efforts necessary to live a healthy lifestyle. Procedures like sutures, skin biopsies, minor surgeries, EKGs, hearing and vision screenings, breathing treatments, injections, and phlebotomy are available at our office. We are affiliated with and have privileges at both Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center and Memorial Hospital. We look forward to working with our patients as their family physicians and to being involved in their health care. We want to work together with our patients to help them live the satisfying, healthy life they deserve.
