It’s our goal to offer this day so they can assess many areas of their health, especially topics they rarely feel free to ask questions or learn about.”
Allied Physicians of Michiana is located at 6301 University Commons Medical Plaza, South Bend. The event is free and open to the public, and is a South Bend 150th anniversary celebration partner.
